Bad Showroom Experience - Nothing to Sell for the next 6 months
Good Day Viewers, as were all trying to get through the Covid back orders in the supply chain we sometimes often find consumers frustrated with our estmated delivery forecasting from suppliers , We understand prior to Covid we would have stock of top selling models or 2-4 weeks would be the average time , this is no longer the case for product purchasing and Best Brand is being honest with our customers that current orders in the system have seen unpresidented delays for exisitng orders due to parts and manufacture issues , covid cases and shutdowns, lock downs and high demand in the home renovation sector, Best Brand will not lead or let a consumer hear something that we already know cannot happen, if the product selected is called for 4-6 months to arrive than we cannot be help at fault for letting the customers know the estimated date,as well were having supply issues on exentended back orders that customers were hoping for product on a time but sadly the suppliers cannot provide and as a result more delays, I am sorry you heard something that wasnt what you expected but we order the product from the same sources of all Ontario dealers and our estimated dates will all be the same across the board.Best Brand Appliances works in good faith always and Covid for not just the appliance industry but for many supply chains across the board all have hardship , example Cars, Boats, ATV, Paint, Wood, Kitchen cabinets, Windows, Screws for roofs, electrical chips, and on and on, were doing our best on a day to day and will continue to try and support new orders as well as ongoing
