Poor post-sales service, significant shipping delays
It started as great in store shopping experience with Carlo at the Burlington location of Best Brand Appliances. We purchased a set of kitchen Jenn Air appliances in September with the estimated shipping date 2 months later on Nov 30, 2021. We paid in full in November, so that the store can stock the items as soon as they become available. However, the post sales experience is very disappointing and does not come close to what you'd expect from a respected high end appliance store. We deal with Antonio, who takes a few days to reply to our emails and sometimes needs reminders. The ETA dates have changed a few times: from November to December and now we've been offered to get our order in multiple shipments with the last item currently expected in May, 2022. This is 8 months after we placed the order and 6 month delay from the initial shipping date! We understand the ongoing supply chain issues, but we don't think that Best Brand Appliances made necessary efforts to fulfill our order. The fridge that as per Antonio was in stock, is no longer available and the new ETA date is in March. Unless you have an unlimited timeline for your kitchen renovation project and do not expect the appliance store to work hard to fulfill your order, we would not recommend the Best Brand Appliances.
