Mario inspected my first home purchase and did an excellent job. He was thorough and knowledgeable and even offered suggestions on how to make some upgrades! He also caught some major defects that we were able to paint out in negotiations that helped in our favour! He was a pleasure to hire!

Mario is really easy to work with, honours his posted rates (including the thermal imaging as part of his standard inspection), and did an excellent job. He arrived on-time and went through everything very thoroughly, pointing out not just any flaws, but other tips and advice on maintenance and things related to owning the property.
