If I were to only rate the installation process, I would give the company an 8 but for based on follow up, problem resolution and on-going customer service, I will give them a 5. When I first met Michael he was very friendly and personable. He provided an estimate and we decided to go ahead with work. The installation went well, they left the place clean and tidy. After the installation there were problems with the software and the DVR. After some investigation and problem solving Michael decided to upgrade the DVR for free. The new software for the new DVR did not work very well and Michael spent some time trying to fix the problem but it was never resolved. After about 4 months I eventually found a site that had a later version of the software and this resolved one of the problems. I still have a problem where the connection keeps dropping constantly. I have been trying to contact Michael for over 2 months and he has not returned my calls or answered my emails. This is very poor customer service. I am a very frustrated customer who is still experiencing problems.
