New customer - A/C crashes on scorching hot day - Mike was here in 3 hours, did a full check on everything (A/C-furnace-thermostat) and figured out we needed a new thermostat. Allowed us to go buy a new one and came back and installed later that day. Very professional and explained everything. And was a nice surprise not to have sticker shock when the bill arrived - very fair and the work was well done. We now have a new go-to for HVAC.
