Woke up New Years with no pilot light. Called Ashton and Bill came out the next day. In less than 45 mins he cleaned a old unit, fixed the logs that were installed wrong adjusted the switch and pilot and fired her up. He brought in missing screws and stayed to check CO2. He vacuumed up any hint that he had visited. Super lovely customer service on the phone and in person. Will use them every year.
