The cleaning is very thorough but timeliness is awful. Once the cleaner never showed up and when I called, they said she took a sick day without notifying them (or me). Another time the cleaner waited in the lobby 40 minutes because my buzzer was broken, instead of calling me. In the meantime I called the central number but got no response. At a high price ($160 for 3.5 hours), I expect far better customer service.

Maid4Condos arrived on time, did an excellent, careful, detail-oriented job (e.g. tubs shining, bathrooms shining, shelves dusted etc -- even took out our giant pile of recycling), and left the house sparkling. Thanks!

I booked Maid4Condos for a Deep Clean, and was very impressed by the service! The cleaners were timely, and did a fantastic job with the living room, kitchen and bedroom! I was impressed by the attention to detail from wiping faucets to the spotless microwave.
I did find a few spots missed in the bathroom, but was very impressed by the promptness - and they sent someone to fix it right away, which speaks volumes about their commitment! I will definitely hire them again!

Excellent work cleaning apartment for move-out. Not only did they thoroughly clean the apartment to a spotless finish, I had a stubborn tea stain on a stone counter and was worried I had damaged it but they took care of it and it now looks as good as new. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is our first time using Maid4Condos, and we are absolutely thrilled! Estefania and William did an extremely thorough job cleaning our condo. We booked a “deep clean”, and also had our stove, fridge and inside windows cleaned. I’m super impressed with the quality of work done. It was amazing to come home to an immaculate home. We’ve tried other cleaning services and none even come close. Plus, booking online was easy, and chatting with the very professional customer service rep prior to our cleaning was a breeze.

Spoke with agent prior to booking. I was assured with would be thorough as I have a pet allergy. What they did do they did very well. However, it was not a deep clean, it was barely a basic clean.

What didn't they do? They didn't: lift any little rugs on the floor, clean under the bed, clean under the chair or 2-seat sofa, move any small tables, mostly they did not clean anywhere you couldn't see.

They offered to come back another day, however, I couldn't conceive the idea of letting them in to complete the half-done job. A job that should have been done correctly the first time. Especially after having a long conversation about my expectations.

I asked for a refund, however, they quoted policy that they can come and fix it instead of returning some of my payment.

Update:
The CEO reached out to me and has provided an acceptable solution. More importantly he acknowledges the deficiencies and has take a personal interest in correcting them.
