The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. They are quick to respond and price is reasonable. However, their workmanship and customer service is substandard. There are nicks and scratches on the cabinets and when we asked for changes because the "insdie" of the drawers were not the same color, they refused. I don't think they care about repeat business or customer service at all. They kept arguing with us on what looks good and what doesn't. Not very professional at all. Beware of this place.

Not exactly like what you saying, at the beginning when we provide you ideas and estimate, I did mention you if you only re-facing the cabinet doors, we only can re-paint the doors which the outside of cabinets. Your existing cabinet inside is not match the new paint color, we can not do anything, because we can't repaint them without machine, they are already assemble together, we did lots of re-facing/repaint kitchen, the customers are all understand the situation, all the panels are assemble already, no matter how carefully the worker re-paint inside frame/panel edge by hand (not machine), the result is not perfect. That's why we will remind everybody at the beginning, if customer want the same color, they can choose a similar door color to match the inside. We're not arguing, we still trying to explain to you, but you don't understand. I know this is misunderstanding, you can try ask other workers to help you glue the new edge, they might be charge you too much, but 100% the result you wouldn't accept, because the glue can not be all cover, it's not machine, after they finish, you will find the edge will peel off soon.
