Roof Right Solutions

I have used this company twice in the past 3 years (hail claim). They are a very god roofing company. The job was very clean and they clean up after themselves. Also have a great eye for detail. We would recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Roof Right Solutions was professional, knowledgeable and very competitive in terms of pricing. I found them to be polite, patient with all my questions, thorough in explaining all the available options, and very prompt in providing a quote when other contractors were not even responding to my emails and voice messages. They went above and beyond by going deep into the attic to check for damage (something even the insurance adjuster wouldn’t do) and by providing me with pictures of the damage to my roof (something other roofing companies wanted to charge for). Aside from a small communication problem that was the result of an email glitch, they absolutely delivered what they promised. I would definitely use them again.

We had some hail damages to our Roof in 2013, we contacted Roof Right. The job was done very quickly and neatly . They cleaned up the site after the job was done. We now need our roof reshingled due to yet another nasty hail storm. So we called them back. They are great and will work with you to secure a final quote. We have had many compliments on the old roof even by other trades and other roofers. We highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

My roof needed repair as per the home inspection report. I called Roof Right Solutions based on the reviews on Home Stars. I couldn't be more please with the whole experience. Starting with Veronique over the phone, she was pleasant, professional and courteous. She couldn't find an appt for me at the time but promised to call me back in the next couple days when something opened up. And she did as promised. I emailed her a copy of the home inspection report and they came out and fixed my roof. Veronique took payment over the phone and promptly emailed me my receipt with before and after pictures. I had no hassles whatsoever and the entire process was seamless. I would totally recommend these guys and will keep them in mind again in the future.

Our roof was due for replacement. We are an attached bungalow and noted that a neighbour on the street had recently had their roof replaced. We spoke with them and they had used Roof Right Solutions. We had 2 quotes and both owners of our property were happy with Roof Right's quote. The workers arrived promptly on the date that was booked. They were organized, polite and worked hard. They did an awesome job and tidied the yard and disposal area perfectly!! We would very much recommend this company to anyone needing their roof serviced.
