As someone who has been using Airdrie Appliance Services for the past 25 years or so I can confidently state that this company is top-notch. Rick always returns calls promptly, schedules in your repair quickly shows up on time, and gets the job done. Over the years he’s repaired my dishwasher, oven, dryer, and most recently my washing machine – the job is always done right the first time and I’ve never had to have him come back to re-do a job. He seems very knowledgeable on all makes and models of appliances. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable and cost-effective repairman. I recently used Done Right Roofing to replace my eavestroughs and downspouts and to install leaf guards. What a pleasure they were to deal with! From start to finish I found them to be: PROFESSIONAL – the care and attention they take with the business end of things (quotes, scheduling, invoicing, communication) is the same as the care and attention they take with their installations. It was a pleasant surprise to get a quote that was complete and accurate the first time (you’d be surprised how many contractors I’ve had who show up to do a quote and do not bring a measuring tape with them and/or don’t take any notes and then give me a quote with things that are missing). Their scheduling process was very organized and seemed to run very smoothly. Their installers took the time to explain the products and how the installation was done. PERSONABLE – everyone I dealt with was polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable, from the estimator, to the installers, to the administrative staff. PROMPT – everything was done promptly, from the request for a quote, to the installation, to responding to my phone calls and emails. PATIENT – they were exceptionally patient with me rescheduling the job several times when the painters took longer than expected. PRICED FAIRLY – I am more than happy with their pricing – it was very competitive. PARTICULAR – they are very particular about making sure the job gets done right, that everything gets cleaned up, and that the customer is satisfied. When they tell you to call them if you have any questions or concerns down the road, you can tell they are sincere – they seem to understand the importance of repeat business. Done Right Roofing takes their business seriously and it shows in everything they do. I am very satisfied with the job they did and will absolutely use them again in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

My backyard (an embarrassing mess of weeds, ant hills, overgrown shrubs, half-dead bushes, and a playhouse and back step stuck in the middle of the side yard) was in desperate need of landscaping, but after a couple of absolutely horrible experiences with other contractors (painters, fencers) I was very, very apprehensive about hiring someone to fix it. However, after reading a review that described Ryan at New Look Landscapes as a ‘perfectionist’ I gave them a call. I am so glad I did – they absolutely transformed my yard! Ryan sent me a quote the first day, communicated regularly throughout the process, and even checked in a couple of weeks after the job was completed to make sure I was still happy with the work they’d done. Ryan and his crew are exceptionally hard workers, made an amazing amount of progress each day, and actually completed the job ahead of schedule. The job site was cleaned up at the end of every day, and they were meticulous about every detail – no matter how small. Ryan treats his clients and his crew with respect, and they treat your yard as if it were their own. I am extremely pleased with the job they did and recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to hire a skilled landscaper who has integrity, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in a job well done.

Roof Right Solutions was professional, knowledgeable and very competitive in terms of pricing. I found them to be polite, patient with all my questions, thorough in explaining all the available options, and very prompt in providing a quote when other contractors were not even responding to my emails and voice messages. They went above and beyond by going deep into the attic to check for damage (something even the insurance adjuster wouldn’t do) and by providing me with pictures of the damage to my roof (something other roofing companies wanted to charge for). Aside from a small communication problem that was the result of an email glitch, they absolutely delivered what they promised. I would definitely use them again.
