First, let me tell you a little about me. I am not your typical customer and began my journey to find a gas contractor over 30 days before I needed the service. I wanted to make sure I got a fair price and didn't get taken advantage of like I had been in the past when dealing with someone about an air conditioner. I like to ask lots and lots and lots of questions and because of my previous experience am skeptical when dealing with contractors. I am not an easy customer, I know this about myself and when dealing with Frank, he was more than patient with me and answered over 20 questions in about 15 emails over the course of 3.5 weeks. I never felt pressured, he was honest and up front, had a very competitive price and as a result earned my business. On the day of the install, Frank arrived on time and allowed me to watch and even participate in the install to ensure I was comfortable with everything that was being done. Frank is a throwback to the days when customers were treated like gold and he makes sure he treats his customers like gold.
