I bought a promotial coupon through living social for 8 hours of painting from Wow1day. I actually had to get two different people from wow stop by my house. One told me that i would have to pay another $600 on top of the voucheur, i told him i would book the appointment in the next few weeks. When i called to book the appointment the employee who gave me the quote had been fired and a new quote needed to be done. When the next wow employee came by, they said the voucheur would cover the full area to be completed. We booked a date to get the work done and left it at that. I was told to get the paint and do some prep work done before the appointment. The night before the painters were set to arrive i got an email from the general manager saying that since they had picked up some new work and were busy that they would not be able to come and do my basement for the next three months. I thought that this was unacceptable service, and requested to speak with the general manager but he would not return calls. I only ever got emails from him saying basically that he was too busy to help me and that since i had a voucheur i was up the creek without a paddle.

Kurtis, we are sorry to hear that your experience was less than perfect. Although the vouchers were "as available" and some were rescheduled until the fall, we did manage to get all of them done. Extra costs are necessary in the event that the work that you had wanted done would have exceeded the amount of work a painter could complete in an 8 hour time frame. I do hope that you were able to get your painting done, and are happy with it. Thank you for the review.
