Black Forest Plumbing is now our go-to company for not just plumbing but also electrical and HVAC services. My wife and I recently had Chris, their electrician, at our home to install a few Nest hardwired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors (on 10.5 ft ceilings), a new Ecobee smart thermostat, and a smart controller for our in-floor heating system. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and even set up the Nest app on my wifes smartphone, ensuring everything was connected and ready to go.
We were so impressed by Chriss work, demeanor, and professionalismhe even wore booties on his shoes to protect our floorsthat we decided to join their VIP club.
