I would never use this contractor again. The engineered wood floor he sold me starts cracking in less than 1 year though it has 25yr warranty. The cracks are everywhere, even in closets and under the rug. Even worse, Adam refused to take the matter to the manufacturer even though it's an obvious defective product.

Micheal after brining an inspector to the house that I covered fully on expense, he concluded that the moisture level in your apartment was way off and caused the flooring to ripple
This happens when you clean your floors with excessive liquids and not keeping the humidity at the required percentage
We tried our best to accompany you with other solutions although it wasn't our fault for what caused the product to reach this state
Our workmenship an customer service had nothing to do with the product itself it was installed professionally and yet we still did our best to try keep you happy
With whatever product you do buy in the future, please make sure your room temperature and humidity levels are meeting the requirement of the product
Wish you the best
