I initially had another company come in to fix our furnace. They couldn't repair it and told us we needed a new one. I called Bluemax for a second opinion, a second quote. Rafal came and told us he could try to fix our furnace or he could give us a price for a new furnace. We chose the first option. Suffice it to say, our furnace works now. We found Rafal to be very professional. He took the time to answer all our questions. We would definitely recommend his company.
