Had a great experience with Michael. He took the time to explain his process over the phone & set my expectations as a first time home buyer from an inspection instead of just giving me a quote.
The inspection process was extremely meticulous, well planned, thorough. He explained everything properly in person & put it in the report to reference as well.
Even after the inspection, he is always courteous to attend to my questions & recommends based on his experience any work that I should get done in the home.
