Michael completed two home inspections for us as we were looking to buy our first home. Michael responded swiftly to our request and was able to accommodate our inspections on a tight timeline. Michael was extremely thorough, he has the right background and he definitely knows his trade. Michael was very thorough and took the time to explain to us what he was seeing, and what the impact was. He was able to explain things in an easily understandable way to those not familiar with house lingo. His written report was thorough and delivered promptly. We were very pleased with his work, and have already recommended him to friends of ours. I would recommend Michael anytime.
