I called Ontario Downspout and got professional advice - first over the phone (using Google Earth to look at the house online), then an in-person inspection. Mark was very helpful in explaining what was need to fix the problem, then scheduling the work at a time convenient for me. The installation was efficient and professional. I am a very satisfied customer.
