Sande solved our critter problem flawlessly. He arrived the next morning with another technician and they performed the job in around an hour-- super fast because they are expert. Deeply knowledgeable and highly experienced, Sande obviously has a passion for wildlife and keeping them wild and out of your home. While there was only one hole, we opted for wire mesh screen across the entire front of our century home. While that may have doubled the price (and was more than I had expected to pay), that perimeter is now fully secured. Sande installed a one-way door and even spray-painted it black to blend in with the shingles. Another corner where one layer of wood was chewed away was also covered with sheet metal so they weren't tempted to gnaw away more.
