We found the team punctual, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire experience. All of our questions were answered and when we came down to the basement to look at the work being done, we were greeted in a pleasant manner. Our questions were answered and the work timeline was adheres to from their position. The only difficulty was that the timeline we originally requested was not kept. It wasn't the team's fault.
