Steve was great to deal with. He came quickly to provide a quote and review options with us. Our door was not a standard size and required a little extra time to make and with COVID-19 delays took over 6 weeks to have ready. Installation took a few hours but the work was well done and they cleaned up the worksite and took the old door and scrap with them. We would recommend Steve and Maple Lead Garage Door.

Original reached out because of a defective garage door opener. After having a long conversation over the phone, Steve agreed to come out and see it even though I was a distance away. He was the first company that actually took time to do a diagnostic on the machine, 2 other companies just looked at it and said their wasn’t enough clearance which is why it wasn’t working, which wasn’t the case, the machine was defective! While Steve was there I asked about replacing my garage door, something I was thinking of doing down the road. Steve discussed my options while never making me feel pressured to buy! Ended up ordering the garage door on the spot. Installation went quickly and smoothly, he reinstalled the opener and everything is working as it should! Definitely would recommend Steve!
