Ordered a replacement front door in April 2021 and I am still waiting for the job to be complete. Door was delayed 4 months without notice. I had to call to find out. Installation happened in February by a crew who butchered the job. Door not square, nails protruding through the frame and spray foam insulation leaking through the caulking, broke my floor. I had to hire a carpenter to fix their mess. They were also missing pieces so they could finish. I have been waiting over two months and no word on when the missing pieces will be delivered and installed. 12 months later I still dont have a finished door. Actual door is good quality but everything else was terrible.

Steve was great to deal with. He came quickly to provide a quote and review options with us. Our door was not a standard size and required a little extra time to make and with COVID-19 delays took over 6 weeks to have ready. One of the springs broke on our double car garage door late on a Friday evening. Steve responded very quickly to my phone call and walked me through opening the door so we could get the cars out for the weekend. Steve came by on Monday evening as promised and walked us through options if we wanted to replace the door completely or simply repair the broken springs. He had catalogues and samples of new door options and was able to provide quotes on the spot. He was very patient as we thought through our options. He left us to think about it and eventually we decided to simply repair the springs. He arrived and repaired the door on time and also made adjustments and maintenance recommendations.
