I would highly recommend Steve to all my family and friends. Steve arrived within 24 hours of my initial phone call. After describing the problem to him (broken coil), he gave me a price over the phone. When he didn't arrive at the appointed time, he texted to let me know of his delay and gave me a new ETA, which was within 45 minutes. When he arrived, he said the job would take about 30 minutes. It took him 3-4 times as long to get the job done because whoever installed the garage door opener 19 years ago did it in an "unconventional" manner, making it difficult to repair. After nearly two hours of work, the price was the same. He charged me exactly what he quoted over the phone. I was so pleased with his integrity, honesty and professionalism, I insisted on adding 20%, which he refused. He simply asked for a good review on HomeStars, which is why I'm posting this. Steve is polite, conscientious and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. He didn't even mind my husband being in the garage with him for nearly the whole time! Steve checked the rollers, tracks, cables and recalibrated everything to make sure the entire system was in perfect working condition. He guarantees his work and even put a sticker on the wall above the garage door opener button to make sure we have his contact information in case anything goes wrong. Kudos to this hard-working entrepreneur for a great job. I wish him all the success in the world!
