Maple Leaf Garage Doors

We are so happy with the service! Our automatic garage door has been working intermittently since last summer and the days it was hot it wouldn't go up or down. We have a 2006 Chamberlain. We checked Homestars and Maple Leaf is local to us and had great reviews. I called Steve and he went through diagnosing over the phone what it could be and possible fixes so that we could avoid the call out and any cost. We tried the steps that could fix it but they didn't work. My husband and I are so impressed with the level of service and care we received.
I called Steve back to request he come out, he was able to fit us in very quickly and came promptly at the time he said he would. Having spoken to him about the problems we were having he was able to supply spare parts in this case. We are thrilled that we didn't have to replace the whole unit, it turned out to be the logicboard which he could install on the spot. He also helped us with a problem that we didn't think could be fixed by installing a key lock. Overall the whole service was fantastic and Steve is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He explained all the parts and we learnt some really useful stuff about the door!
The door has been working like a dream ever since (for a few weeks now and during hot periods) and is also quieter. Brilliant!
