I have prepared for the sale of my 6,000 (approximate) square foot home on a cul de sac by Mississauga Road. I have received many quotations from the required trade works in the process of preparing my home.
My first impression of this company was extremely assuring. I never sign any documentation upon first arrival of vendors but in this particular case I feel I made the correct decision in doing so. My Representing agent had provided me with many relevant contacts in the staging and trades industries. In my research I met with designer consultants (Paid for the fees here as well) however I ended up choosing Abraxis Painting due to their wisdom displayed by their designer representative Raphael.
The Process was intended to take place over ten days, as per the sales persons estimation. The job was completed with one day left to spare and they had left behind a gentleman named Chris for the tenth day to assist me in various repairs and items around my home needing attention. They did so at no extra charge to me. For this I am very grateful as I would not have been able to take care of many of these items at any reasonable time expense.
The quality of the work performed was up to our standard and we have utilized their photography services as well in our sale process.
I would provide a strong reference for these hard working young men and wish them continued success in their business. Thank you once again.
