After our basement was flooded we contacted two waterproofing companies. Zibby gave us a quote saying that they were licensed by the city of Toronto and that we would be eligible for a rebate. The work was completed with a sump pump installed. When I went to check if it worked, it was not properly installed. Zibby claimed he had checked it, however, that could not be possible. Also, it turns out they are NOT licensed in the city of Toronto. Therefore, not eligible for sump pump rebate.Nothing worse then being taken advantage of when one deals with a flooded basement. Not pleased at all

Great service and quality! Our window wells in the basement had poor drainage and the basement was getting wet whether had heavy rain. Wet Basement GTA provided me with a quote within 24 hrs and the work was completed 2 days later.

Zibby did an excellent job waterproofing our basement in 2013. His price was competitive and he was quick to respond to any concerns we had. We just had the biggest rainfall in 30 years in our area and our basement is completely dry. Many other homes in the area had flooding. We would recommend his service!

We commend Zeggy and his team for a job well done. They arrived on time, as scheduled and as promised. The work was very neat, they even re-planted the gardens and shrubbery excavated for their undertaking. We would highly recommend their work!

I had many quote from other companies and Zeggy price was very completive. They were fast and efficient. They delivered what was promise. They crew was polite and respectable. I would call them again if needed.

Firstly let me start off by saying that I thought we were hiring a reputable company but I was sadly mistaken. The initial waterproofing work completed was completed timely, however, the final concrete work on the pathway is where the nightmares begins. After several calls to get the concrete work completed, they finally showed up to complete the work. They poured the concrete with a high slope which forces the water to my neighbors house (they too complained about slope and water pooling). Ziggy or Zebby which ever name he goes by acknowledged the defect and indicated it would complete the repaired in the spring 2014. As spring approached, we sent several messages that went unanswered and then finally we arranged a repair date but he failed show up. Despite having several email communication from him stating he will repair the defective workmanship, he now claims there's nothing wrong and has refused to complete the repair. We will now have to contract a 3rd party to complete the repair at a cost in excess of $4,000. We will be taking legal action to recover this money. I would not recommend this company as they don't stand behind their commitments to customers. Extremely dissappointed.

The comments made by Wet Basements are completely false as the repour never occurred and what they failed to mention is the courts disagreed with his claim and there was judgement against Wet Basement for $3400.00. Need I say more?

I called several people regarding my basement which was flooded. Very few people responded within a week but Zeggy answered his phone immediately. He carries it with him everywhere, making him very accessible in an emergency. Zeggy was the only one who took me outside and explained the problems I had with drainage and other issues. We reviewed methods to remedy the situation and within days his crew arrived. Raphel, Lucas and then Grecun as well (not sure of the spelling) worked incredibly hard to do all of the digging by hand without any machinery to avoid jostling my field stone basement wall. Weeping tiles and a sump pump were installed as well as outside excavation and water proofing the leaking wall. I am very happy with the prompt service and I now have a dry basement. Even better, when I did have a bit of a problem after the job was complete, Zeggy came right over and fixed it - no waiting, no charge. Zeggy is knowledgeable and I felt very confident in relying on his judgement. His crews were extremely polite and cleaned everything up afterwards. His price was very fair as well. I have already recommended Zeggy to a friend and will in the future as well.
