Tony from Ancoe Inspections was by far the most professional home inspection experience I have ever had. His attention to detail and knowledge is second to none. His professionalism is beyond reproach, as well as his innate ability to investigate potential problems. Overall, an excellent experience !!!

Tony did an inspection for our home and I found him extremely helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He had to come out twice to our place (as we were in the middle of the Reno and the first time he couldn't access the second floor) and he was very nice about it, even though he had to drive in from Mississauga.

When on site, Tony inspected everything very thoroughly and provided a lot of great feedback, pointing out the details we would have missed. After that, the report was ready within 24 hours. Tony also sent me a lot of useful information after the meeting to help us with our renovation project.

It was a pleasure dealing with Tony, he is highly professional and a really nice person!

Efficient, Detailed, Respectful of your needs, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and most of all genuine. I have used Property Inspectors before and I wish there were all like Tony. I was very pleased and impressed with the service level from all the pictures of the home I received (including video) - the ease of payment methods and the prompt e-mail notification of receipt of payment...and most important, Tony's attention to detail prompted immediate action from the seller to correct a problem concluding my purchase of my new home. With out it, it could have been serious down the road. Will definitely be using Ancoe Property Inspections in the future. GREAT JOB!

I highly recommend Tony. I used his services a few times. Always arrives early, always neat. He is attentive to details, provides great education on how to take care of the house and he’s great from the first conversation to delivering his report.

You buy a house, you pay a guy with a brain to find flaws, issues etc. He finds them... tells you about them, makes a report... blablabla. The difference with Ancoe and Antonio is that he continues to help you afterwards. Not only did he do a very thorough check of our new home, he continually sent me links, suggestions, offered new tips and is still willing to help me after I move. I find this support priceless. In turn his fee is really a joke, peanuts. He is worth every penny. His report is great. He is very punctual, articulate and re-assuring. He overloads you with info but then makes sure its in your report so you can review it later and actually ingest it. Use this guy as your home inspector.

Tony did a great job and while he was inspecting he was explaining the minor problems that the house had . By doing that i saved additional $1000 from what i had offered. Thank you

My wife and I recently bought a older home for our growing family. Tony was very thorough and was able to explain in detail everything that he saw. Tony showed a great breadth of knowledge with the home being older but with newer renos. I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family in the future, great job!!

I don't even know where to begin. Tony went beyond our expectations with the home inspection. We were first home buyers and were a little nervous about the whole process. On January 26 we had a home inspection done by Tony from Ancoe Home Inspections. He did an awesome job, as he was very thorough and informative by explaining everything about our home to us. We were also very impressed because it was also very, very cold outside and Tony took time carefully inspecting the exterior of our house, which included him climbing his ladder to get a better look at the roof. Tony is the kind of inspector that will go above what is required and he cares about the safety and customer satisfaction of home owners. He also provides a detailed online and hard copy report after the inspection is done. I would definitely recommend Tony to other people looking for a home inspector.
