My wife and I were a little intimidated during the process of buying our first home. Tony and Ancoe Inspections alleviated most worries we had with grace, compassion and a genuine warmth.
Tony made the time to accommodate my busy schedule and treated me with respect as an equal during the process. I was not very familiar with home construction or what to look for and Tony talked me through it with patience, fully explaining all the details so that he knew I understood.

I used Tony's service for home inspection as we're going to buy a house. Seller said that they have comprehensive home inspection that's available so I don't need to spend money for another inspection. I'm very thankful that we decided to choose Tony to do the inspection. In the seller's home inspector report it was not stated that there's a mold in attic, dishwasher is leaking, and does not have enough insulation in attic. Furthermore garage doors not working properly and some electrical issues. In short, I'm glad that I found his website and all reviews are totally real. He is not only doing his job well but he also exceed our expectations. This is our second property and I would say his reports is thorough. My wife and I bought a house an hour's drive away from Toronto, and Tony was more than happy to do the inspection. The house is a Century home (100 yrs+) and Tony was very thorough in his search, inspecting every nook and cranny of the home. He walked us through the inspection, showing us the high priority issues, as well as the low priority ones. The report included many photos and was very detailed, and was given to us in a very timely fashion. We would not hesitate to recommend his service, or to hire him ourselves again if needed.
