I was lucky a friend referred Ancoe Property Inspections to me. Antonio has inspected 3 properties for me. He does a excellent job. After the first 2 inspections I decided not to purchase the homes due to the deficiencies Antonio found with the properties. Examples such as a previous fire, asbestos, mould.
There are always deficiencies with a property and I would like to know what they are and make a decision to go forward with the deal or not. With the 3rd inspection, I decided that I will move forward with the deal. I appreciate Antonio's hard work and his thoroughness. I have been purchasing property since 1992 and have not found a better house inspector.
Antonio is also very pleasant and patient throughout the inspection. He takes the time to explain all his findings throughout the inspection.
I highly recommend Antonio and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
