The Tile House

This is the first time we have used The Tile House. Each time we entered to look at tiles we were approached and offered assistance. We were having trouble with colours and matching our vanity counter top. We spoke to Alana who helped us pick out tiles and colours to paint our vanity. She is just amazing and so nice to deal with. We will be buying our tiles here and will return for any other jobs. Thanks Alana for your patience.

Alana and others at The Tile House we’re a huge help in picking tiles for our new shower. We were pretty lost and they helped keep us focused. They were also good with lettin us take samples home to help our decision making process easier. Loads of choices there, but don’t be scared. They will help you!

I spoke with Alana regarding tiles for our kitchen back splash. As soon as I walked in, she approached me and asked if I needed help. Great service. I had a sample of our kitchen counter top and she was able to recommend several styles. We have narrowed it down to one and are ordering today. Alana was great; very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the best place to buy tiles and all related materials for renovations. I found they price very aggressively and the quality is top. I used to drive around looking for best quality and price until I found The Tile House. The staff always has good advice and they gave me tips that save me $$ and time. I will definitely come back.

When I first decided to tackle this tiling job myself I found the prospect a little nerve racking. The Tile House were very helpful and provided many reassurances that I could handle the job. They help my wife and I pick out a decent priced tile and set me up with some other tiling needs. I have since done a few other small projects and The Tile House is my first go to place for Tiles and Supplies in the Pickering /Ajax Area. Oh and my wife really enjoyed the idea of signing out the Grout samples to bring home. In this way she could get a real sense of how it might look in our particular application

Bought some faux wood/barnboard tile from Tile House earlier this year. The tile itself was expensive as far as tile goes, but looks amazing! Very happy with how our bathrooms turned out using this tile. We also found a backsplash tile we like there and will be going back to get that shortly. The only reason I wouldn't give a perfect 10/10 rating is because of the pricing. Their sale items are very reasonable and worth looking at, otherwise expect to pay quite a bit relative to some other stores. Other than that, staff is friendly and there's a fairly diverse selection to choose from.

Do not buy from this place as they have the worst return policy of any store on the planet. Even with sealed boxes of tile they would not take them back, claiming because "they dont stock them"... well you sell them! So you should take them back.

In the course of sourcing my backsplash tile, I went twice to this company's showroom and both times found the staff knowledgable and interested in my project. The second time I went to order my tile. The owner seemed impressed that I was doing the project myself and threw in a free tile spreader as I was about to buy one! They gave me all the right advice and now that the backsplash is done, I'm really happy with their product and their help! Highly recommended.
