Updated review:
Hired the Deck Guys in 2022 to take out our old deck and build a new composite deck, privacy fence & steps. Deck Guys & crew did design and build.
After 1.5 years there are several issues with the deck including warping. Deck guys original installer came on site once (March 2024) and said he would remedy. Had the rep from the manufacturer come and review the installation. Tried numerous times over 5 months to have the original person from the Deck Guys come back agree to a remediation plan, no contact, no follow up.
Heard from the owner of Deck Guys (Nov 2024) who attended on site to review. Stated that the person we had worked with is no longer associated with the company.
Owner stated that he will fix the deck in May 2025 and make it right.
Still need to confirm details of scope timing etc but have updated review pending completion of work.
