He explained to me everything that he did. He explained to me the right setting I should use for the fan in this hot weather. He even told me about cleaning the filters on my stand alone dehumidifier.

We were so impressed, firstly, by Audrey's professionalism. She was at the house for over 3 hours, and covered every possible question; we appreciated the time she took, as this was a large endeavour. The three gentlemen who did the work were equally professional. It was evident, from their dynamics, that they were a solid team and they were extremely respectful of our home (the "red carpet treatment"). They did excellent work, and demonstrated real customer service which is sorely lacking nowadays. We would recommend Roy Inch and Sons in a heartbeat.

We had Jesse show up for our seasonal AC and Furnace check up. He was top notch, very friendly and made some helpful suggestions as well on how to get the most our of our AC and actually checking and cleaned my dehumidifier unit that wasn't something in our service contract or purchased from RI. I want to recognize Team Puffy (Pete Perry and partner) for the quick, efficient and excellent installation of my replacement Air Conditioner on June 8th. I found their service professional and they cleaned up every step of the way. Great job, Team Puffy. Also want give a shout out to John on his support in choosing the right Air Conditioner that met my exact needs.

Jesse did an annual service on our Furnace and A/C yesterday. He was very efficient and did excellent work. He also checked our Aprilaire Humidifier and said we should install a new Humidistat, that operates within the house, rather than using outdoor measurements.

The wi-fi connection on the Eco-bee thermostat wasn't working, with repeated attempts to connect resulting in a message that my password was incorrect. Jesse was here for more than an hour, much of it working in conjunction with an Eco-bee consultant by phone. There were at least 2 occasions that Jesse had to call him back because the call had been disconnected, resulting in waiting on hold, etc. He also had to use my I-pad, and his own I-phone....way too much technology for me! I was particularly impressed with Jesse's patience, kindness, politeness, and caring attitude. It was a true pleasure having him in my home! Hold onto this treasure! Sincerely, Bernadette Wainwright
