I had Jason in to complete a minor plumbing repair and plumb in a direct drain for my washing machine. Fast and friendly I'd highly recommend his work to anyone! I've dealt with Roy Inch & Sons for years and have never been disappointed in the quality of service I've received. From quick minor plumbing or heating/cooling repairs to major renovation, I've had it all done by Roy Inch & Sons, the only company I'll ever call!!

Richard conducted one repair and Jason conducted a separate repair. Both technicians are true professionals who treat me and home with the utmost respect. Both technicians are extremely knowledgeable of their craft, take their time to thoroughly diagnose the challenge, and replace parts as necessary. Both technicians take the time to explain their findings and for that I am genuinely appreciative.

Jason did a thorough assessment regarding a noise created when our taps/washing machine were turned on or off. He identified the two possible causes and then further narrowed it down to loose pipe. He then reviewed with us how we would have to systematically identify which location/pipe was the cause. While of course we weren't really happy to hear about the cause we felt quite confident in Jason's assessment and recommended solution.
In addition we were very impressed with the customer service. It started at the office with our discussion with one of the ladies and Jason in the office. An e-mail was sent confirming the appointment and a follow up call about 15 minutes prior to Jason's arrival. Many Thanks Jason and associates

We just had a new furnace installed and also an air conditioning unit from Roy Inch & Son who were recommended to us because of their years in the business and knowledge of the products. I must say that Colin and Jeremy worked all day changing pipes in our older home and putting in the furnace and air conditioning unit as well as updating a new filter system. They also moved the box of the ultra blue light we had purchased from another company but was not installed in the correct location and they fixed that for us. We highly recommend Roy Inch & Sons. Krys was thorough and went the extra mile for us...actually even called and said he could come earlier!!! They not only do their job quietly and efficiently but teach you too about your own responsibilities in regards to your heating and cooling systems. Pleasant guys and do not talk down to you and respectful of seniors----SO IMPORTANT in todays world.

When our furnace broke down on a Sunday I called Roy Inch & Sons and their representative was here that afternoon.
They installed a new furnace the next day and we are more than pleased with the professional way it was installed and by the technicians who installed it.

Our furnace decided that in the middle of January, (in the middle of the night) to stop working. We scheduled an appointment online and the next morning we had confirmation that an associate would be coming to fix our problem. Brandon came and he was awesome!! He fixed our problem, a dirty flame sensor and also did a furnace maintenance and once again we had heat. Brandon was friendly, professional and explained everything that he was doing.

After my call to Roy Inch, Jason Bierworth arrived at 8:30 AM the next morning. After about 20 minutes of pouring water into the well, he diagnosed that although the pump was spinning it was not pumping water. By altering the pump angle he cleared the air block and the pump is now working. He also pointed out that the emergency sound, which is activated when the battery sump comes on was turned off. He then corrected this problem. Overall he gave insightful answers to questions and was very friendly. I asked for his card so I could ask for him next time I have a plumbing problem. Highly recommended.
