We appreciate your business Peter and thank you for reporting a job well done. We met Peter at the end of last year while installing a new roof on one of his neighbour's houses. Peter knew he needed a new roof but was disappointed his 12 year new home needed to be re-roofed already. After an inspection of the roof, we noted some deficiencies in the original installation which were causing leaks on the front porch. A new sheet of plywood was needed to repair this water damage. After the synthetic paper underlayment with ice and water membrane had been installed on the entire roof deck as our secondary leak protection, we then installed the missing drip edge flashings. We used the premium performance shingle this time and once we upgraded the ventilation, Peter's new lifetime warranty roofing system was complete.
