Our roof developed a leak around the Kitchen skylight during a heavy rainstorm. Integrity Roofing responded to the emergency the next morning and despite the continued downpour, worked e to identify the source of the problem and have it repaired in less than 1 hour. Their Project Consultant returned the next day to check on the repair and evaluate the remainder of the roof. He quickly determined that while the roof did not need to be replaced, there were other areas where shingles need to be replaced. The work was scheduled within two days and completed at a reasonable price. They truly live up to their name.

After noticing a leak in the ceiling I called Shay at Integrity Roofers and they were able to send someone within a few hours. The technician arrived on time, quickly found the source of the leak and repaired it right away. He explained the issue and the repair to me and kept me in the loop throughout. Overall a very positive experience!

They did a truly excellent job on a tricky roof that needed to be reworked to create proper drainage. Apparently it was not a job that most roofing contractors could do.

I requested a quote from Integrity Roofers online and they quickly responded and set up a visit to come over to my home in a few days to give me an estimate. They indicated that access to the attic would be required.
Both Shay and Zee cam over and inspected the roof from ground level, and went on the roof and also went into the attic to see the roof from underneath. Throughout the inspection they took pictures and showed me the condition and any concerns or questions about the roof. They were very professional and friendly and answered all my questions. I received a written estimate later that evening as I was happy with the timely and detail quote.
I decided to have Integrity Roofers replace my 20+ year old shingles and wanted to replace them with the Certainteed shingles which I used previously and was extremely happy with their durability. The roofers were very skilled, professional and I was very happy with their work. They installed a ridgevent which was new to me and also increased my attic ventilation as well. I was very impressed on how they ensured no damage to my eavestrough and their cleanup after the job. I also had them replace my old skylights as well. There was some delay in the skylight completion (no fault of Integrity Roofers) but once this was installed, my concern over some caulking and screws on the aluminum flashing below the skylights was resolved.

We have been having Integrity Roofers inspect our roof and make any necessary repairs on an annual basis since 2019. We also call them after storms/high winds if we find shingles on the ground. Pricing is predictable and consistent (they have a set price for up to an hour of work, which is usually sufficient time for what needs to be done). They have been reliable and on-time, always able to complete the work immediately. They provide before-and-after photos. Our roof is aging, but has been well maintained with the help of Integrity Roofers for the past several years.

Contacted Integrity Roofing to remove algae black streaks from roof, they were a pleasure to deal with and only roofers that offered to do this kind of work. They showed up on time and as promised. Most of the algae was removed and will probably require more than one treatment as per the manufacturers recommendation. I will be using them again.
