It was a pleasure to deal with Vacuumville. Julian was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. Our central vacuuming system needed replacing, and he recommended we choose Orbit, a Canadian company that we investigated and determined to be just right. He came the same day, arrived on time, and efficiently completed the work of taking away our old system, and installing a new central vacuuming system. We couldn't have been happier with the product and service.

I was vacuuming on Sunday morning and then noticed, there was no suction. So I tried another outlet, then a loud noise started so I turned off the vacuum and went into the garage to check the unit. As soon as I entered the garage, there was a bad burning smell so I unplugged the unit. I checked homestars for a company with a great reputation which was vacuumville. I called and spoke to Julian who listened to my issue and said that he could come right away, I was busy until the next day so Julian came the next day. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He told me as soon as he saw the unit that it was the cheapest unit and would not last with having the motor replaced and suggested orbit that comes with a warranty. Julian replaced the unit as well as reinstalled the connection properly and my central vac is working and the suction noticeably powerful. I highly recommend Julian for his honest assessment and recommendation. Especially considering the many out there who would and do take advantage.

Ever since getting the Central vacuum installed by a large well known company (post got rejected because I named them) in a brand new built home, we had issues with connectivity. It would work sometimes, the company refused to come to the property and blamed the builders work. After complaining multiple times, they swapped the hose (didn't make a difference), and after complaining on social media, they reached out and replaced the unit (didn't make a difference). Julien came in and in about an hour he fixed the wiring and the outlets (he said the other company used cheap parts and did a bad job).

Called Julian due to glowing review from friend. True to the review the entire experience was professional, timely and effortless.

We inherited a old central vacuum (approx 20yrs old) when we bought the house. We knew we need to have it replaced. He was knowledgeable & professional and recommended the best CV for our set up. In less than 1hr we had a new Canadian made CV with a 7yr warrenty, cloth bags & accessories up and running to keep up with a busy house of 6.

My 15 year old vacuum died. We needed to have it fixed...I called Julian. He told me that it was time to get a new one. His tone and matter of fact attitude were very compelling. He came to my home about 2 hours later, fixed it. Showed me how to change the bags...He was quick, efficient, professional and very kind. I will only call him from now on. Hopefully, it will not cost me $1800 each time! lol!

My family bought our house in 2007. The Central Vac system never worked. We had another technician in to diagnose the issue and they thought there was a blockage in the pipes. They told us that it would require at least a day's worth of work and substantial drywall work. We left the issue.

Fast forward almost 10 years later and we had Julian in to get a second opinion this afternoon. In less than 10 minutes he had discovered that the issue was a disconnected pipe, not a blockage.

Not only that, but he discovered that our system which was in our basemeant beside the hot water tank, was not one intended for indoor installation as it would degrade the quality of the air (usually garage installation).

Within 1 hour of walking through the door, he had fully replaced our unit with a top of the line Canadian made model, located and fixed the pipe disconnection with one drywall hole, tested all outlets, and gave us lessons on how to use the brand new hose.

He is simply the best in his field.

Julian is very professional and always wants to do his job perfectly. My house has rough in pipe and also finished basement, which makes difficult for the installation estimation but Julian finally find way out and made the plan.

I was planning to move in and have several projects to be done in a week, Julian is amazing and could start installation on the same day. My air conditioner doesn't work well so Julian has to work under around 80 degrees... He didn't complain and completed the job perfectly (I really feel sorry about that).

I'm very glad about the center vacuum, very powerful, quite and easy to use. Will recommend Julia to friends for center vacuum services for sure.

Julian of Vacuumville is extraordinarily service oriented and knowledgeable about central vac. He worked diligently to diagnose and fix a problem that arose during a renovation, and install a new system. He was polite, hard working, and didn't leave until he ensured that everything was working perfectly. He also went above and beyond in relation to installing a holder for the vacuum hose, moving hoses around and generally making sure that everything was in perfect ready condition before he left. I would highly recommend Julian and Vacuumville for any central vac repairs, replacements or installations.
