Vacuumville

I was vacuuming on Sunday morning and then noticed, there was no suction. So I tried another outlet, then a loud noise started so I turned off the vacuum and went into the garage to check the unit. As soon as I entered the garage, there was a bad burning smell so I unplugged the unit. I checked homestars for a company with a great reputation which was vacuumville. I called and spoke to Julian who listened to my issue and said that he could come right away, I was busy until the next day so Julian came the next day. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He told me as soon as he saw the unit that it was the cheapest unit and would not last with having the motor replaced and suggested orbit that comes with a warranty. Julian replaced the unit as well as reinstalled the connection properly and my central vac is working and the suction noticeably powerful. I highly recommend Julian for his honest assessment and recommendation. Especially considering the many out there who would and do take advantage.
