First off Julian answered my call and was able to come to my home the very next day. I told him what was wrong and he was up front with telling me how the service would be charged. We had several problems which he explained everything in detail to my wife and I. He even spoke to my children so they know what items may clog the central vacuum if they use it. The fee was very reasonable for the work. Thank you Julian.
