Beautiful doors, excellent quality, incredible workmanship. We found all the fellows that came to the house to either sell, measure or install the windows were all very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about product. Our neighbours had a similar door installed for almost double the price.

He obliged by promptly dropping in and giving the quote which was not costly. After 3 weeks as promised he visited with his staff n fixed the Window professionally and Quality as agreed without any hidden extra costs. Excellent workmanship, issues in adapting the new to existing structure were creatively addressed with excellent results, installers were friendly and courteous, cleaned up and left no garbage or construction materials, when a minor problem arose, it was quickly and effectively dealt with. I had called the company for a quote to replace most of my windows. Both Eugene and Alex were very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had got quote from two other companies, however I decided to sign the deal with Eugene since I felt very comfortable and they gave me the best quote. However, few days later I had to cancel the order due to an urgent financial commitment. I felt very bad for cancelling the contract and wasting their time. I am planning to replace the window later in falls and I will be signing with them again in the fall.

We dealt with Alex from Direct Pro Windows and Doors when replacing all windows in our previous house while preparing it for sale. We were extremely satisfied with the price and also with the efficient and professional job so it was an easy decision to call Alex once again after moving into our next home. very unprofessional service, the quality of the windows and hardware is poor, and they don't come and fix their errors in installation.
They did not caulk most of my windows, and did not care to return any of my calls.

they gave empty promises that on delivery date, the installation staff were really late, they installed in the dark, and missed many things they were supposed to do.

We were looking to replace a couple of windows in our house and the front entrance door. We called a few companies for quotations Direct Pro was the 2rd company to come out for quotation. When I met Alex I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and by far the most thorough in comparison to the others. Most importantly, I felt he was trustworthy and he did not disappoint. Installers were courteous, professional and respected our home. They were meticulous in their work and took responsibility for cleaning up after themselves. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the crew’s expertise.
