The salesman Evan was very attentive and addressed all my concerns.
The installation guys tried to cut corners and do quick work. In the contract I was promised a concrete slab and an outside connection box. They did not put the pad or change the connection box which was rusted. When I pointed their omissions, they claimed I did not tell them. I had to call the company and they came back to change the connection box.
They left me with a bad feeling that they could not be trusted to act in the interest of the customer.
