Very disappointed service, not exactly like your company web site promoting, very unprofessional packaging, and not respect customer's concern. As a customer give all the trust to your company service, unfortunately the service I received was not the way I expected.

All handled well and courteously. Moving team was on time and very accommodating to our needs.

I'm extremely shocked and disappointed on the huge difference between the quote and the actual bill. The quote was $387 and the final bill was almost $1,000. The quote listed as two men crew and a three men crew showed up. Such significant change was not communicated or discussed with me before the move. Fee is the most important criteria when it comes to selecting a mover. The actual bill is more than 100% higher than the quote. The integrity of quotes are in jeopardy. I'm warranted a refund of part of the difference.

In addition, a queen size bed was communicated to your team prior to the move and I had verbally requested for a mattress bag for a queen size bed - which was confirmed by your team as well; however, on the day of the move, the movers seems were not made aware of the size and didn't have the right size. They ended up using a bag for King size instead of queen size. Please refund the difference, as well.

The above was sent to customer service two days ago - no response.

Small internal move consisted of simply moving a computer desk from the second floor bedroom to the basement.

The job involved two narrow flights of stairs and some sharp corners.

Apart from chipping off a piece of paint along the staircase corridor, Nick and Carlos were honest and provided a discount.

The 3 movers were great. They were quick and efficient. I'm disappointed with the operations department who didn't return my numerous vm, even after contacting head office.

Moved a small 1 bedroom. The loading / unloading was exceptional and I was very happy with the final result. Due to my restricted circumstances and terrible traffic luck I didn't receive my furniture same day; however the guys were here first thing the following morning. Would definitely recommend or use You Move Me again
