I am extremely satisfied with Dimitri's responsiveness, friendliness, and professionalism in my dealing with him. I had both exterior doors' lock and latch replaced. He was on time to the appointment, replaced the hardware within an hour and kept everything very neat and tidy. I highly recommend his services.
