I delayed fixing my front door lock, thinking that maybe I'd fix it myself. Fortunately I thought better about that idea and eventually called Dimitar at Locksmith Care, realizing almost immediately that I'd made the right decision. His knowledge, expertise and people skills were exemplary. He arrived earlier than arranged, explained the problem and offered an immediate solution. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily. A professional job well worth the cost.
