We recently took possession of a home, where the previous owners never provided us with a set of keys! While some of the locks were digital, we obviously wanted keys to use in case the battery ever died. I called Dimitri and he was very accommodating. We bought new locks but he suggested just rekeying the doors, which saved us hundreds of dollars!
Dimitri was excellent to deal with and he also had a fantastic sense of humour. This is my first home, so it was great to deal with a contractor who was so willing to help. I'll be sure to use him again and recommend him to any friends.
