I called Dimitar as I wanted to change the locks to a new condo recently purchased. Dimitar was prompt in taking my call and setting up an appointment. Most importantly he was honest about the pricing and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He reassured me that getting the lock I did was sufficient but also said if I wanted him to take my money just cause I felt like doing unnecessary work that was ok too.
