Keith My Furnace Guy

Having had poor experience in the past from "large company" furnace cleaners, I decided to give Keith a try. His knowledge and experience were obvious to me after the first five minutes of initial inspection where Keith immediately noticed missing cold air return end caps that were not only imbalancing the system, but drawing in dust from a past renovation (and 70 years of dirt). He fixed that issue and sealed the joist ducting with many screws which will improve the flow over the basic stapling job when initially installed.

After a thorough cleaning of the furnace, including removing feathers and cleaning the fan blades, my noisy furnace became a smooth operator once again, laboured against a restrictive pleated filter no more and bumping to the second stage without vibrating my home.

Keith cleans the supply and return ducting independently which doubles the vacuum pressure from what is normally done during these services, meaning superior dust removal.

I found Keith to be professional, on time, explained what he was doing carefully and spent the time necessary to do a thorough job. It was a pleasure having Keith work in my home and care about his customer. He even gave HVAC advice if I were to choose to finish the basement.
