Cleaned our furnace & didn't put a new filter in. Didn't tell us, and when I texted him, he insisted it was on the receipt. Then he called to tell me it's written on the receipt, but it isn't. I sent him copies to which he couldn't respond, as sure enough, nothing on the receipt said to put in a filter. He only mentioned what type of filters to use in the future. Thankful our furnace hasn't needed to be on much, but whenever it was, we wondered why the air was screaming through our vents. Never had a furnace cleaned and not had a new, clean filter put back in.

Thanks for posting a review letting people know it was included on your INSPECTION as your responsibility needed to be done monthly by all people owning a furnace.
WE ALSO DISCUSSED THIS AT YOUR KITCHEN TABLE.
Your air flow is now greatly increased as well as a result of the cleaning and filter change as using the incorrect filter was limiting and restriction of airflow by 30%. This is why it was urged by me to please remember to use the proper filters which were needed to be purchased by you which is why it was written on the inspection.
I need to take more responsibility to remind people better through better communication on my end so this doesn't occur ever again. We all need reminders and no one is perfect. Especially me. Thanks for your business regardless.
