Keith was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable - gave lots of advice and tips. He also was concerned about my cats, who were distressed about the noise. He answered questions fully, and appeared to do a very thorough job, and the cost for the time he spent was very reasonable. I would recommend his services to friends.
