Our hot water tank died late on a Tuesday night. Called Bob the next morning and he was here that afternoon to diagnose the problem. Thursday morning he was at the door with a new tank. Bob is very knowlegable and explained everything. As for price, interesting that he charged us $15 less than the last install (of the same tank model) five years previous! Have worked with a lot of trades over the years renovating/gutting several homes and Bob is one of the good guys - has just become our new plumber. (And one last note...no dents in the walls and no mess in the basement!)

Bob and his helper installed a 50 gallon Bradford White natural gas water heater. The installation price included a new shutoff valve and dielectric unions attaching the copper pipes of my plumbing to the galvanized pipes of the water tank. The price I paid was $70 less than what I was quoted from another St. Albert plumbing contractor. A third plumbing contractor I phoned wouldn't quote a price for the job unless I paid for a service call to my home.

I was pleased with the courteous service and workmanship. Bob, a journeyman plumber, took the time to explain recommended maintenance on the water heater.

Brad and Bob were both very helpful and informative about the work that needed to be done. They were polite and coourteous, making sure that they completed the work at a time that fit my schedule and being careful to clean up any messes. They went the extra mile and fixed a couple of extra taps and hoses that they noticed were in need of attention.
