I contacted Shervin on a weekend seeking help in dealing with an obviously sick raccoon that wouldn't leave my property. Shervin was extremely courteous in explaining my options. When it became apparent that the City of Vaughan offers no help to its residents in addressing this problem, I asked Shervin to pick-up the raccoon and deal with it in as humane a manner as possible. Shervin transported the raccoon to the Toronto Wildlife Centre, where he donated the entire fee I paid him in order for the animal to be euthanized. Shervin spent an entire morning, and his entire fee, helping me and this poor animal. Extraordinary compassion for wildlife, and exceptional customer service. I would not hesitate to hire Shervin to address any future problems I may have with wildlife.
